The gap isn't access to AI; it's a shared workspace, projects built around your real jobs, a clear policy on what can and can't go in, and training so everyone uses it the same way. That's what the Setup gives you.

Claude is where we start because it's strong at writing, documents and following instructions, which is most small-team work. If your business runs on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we connect Claude to it. If another tool fits a job better, we'll say so.

It changes often – new features and models ship most months. On the Support Plan you get a short monthly summary of what changed and what it means for your team, and we update your projects and walkthroughs when something improves or breaks.

Small service businesses and professional firms with roughly 5–50 people: accounting and bookkeeping, design studios, trades and home services, agencies and similar. If your team writes a lot of emails, documents and follow-ups, we can probably help.

About 2–3 hours from you during the Setup (a kickoff, a review, and a short training session), plus a few minutes from each person to watch their walkthroughs. We do the rest.

Part of the Setup is deciding what may and may not go into Claude, writing it into your use policy, and choosing the plan and settings that match. A person reviews every output before it reaches a client.

We don't make up numbers. Every Setup is scoped around specific jobs and the time they take today, so you can see what changed afterward. If something we set up doesn't work as promised, we fix it.
